The Role involves handling over all office administration like staff transport, security, facilities management (House Keeping, Stationary, Pantry) Assisting Govt. Relations Manager in ministry related activities. Coordinator between HR and Administration team. Managing and driving admin Team on day-to-day activities. Coordinating with other countries secretarial staff for smooth operation. Preparing, monitoring and controlling Administration Budget.
