Lead Talent Acquisition – UAE

We are looking for a Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources department and the candidate will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, including mobilization. A minimum of 4 years’ experience in the interior fitout industry is requisite. Experience in sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interviews and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events. It is important to nurture trusting relationships with potential hires and Hiring Managers. Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs. Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. LinkedIn, social platforms, employees and professional networks). Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews. Lead employer branding initiatives. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations. Excellent verbal and written communication in English. Arabic language an added advantage.
